Tanya Tabor
With over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, I remain deeply passionate and committed to fostering the development and well-being of children. My journey in this field began at a young age and led me to Landsdale Early Learning and Enrichment in 2014, where I started as a room leader in the nursery. Over the years, I've had the privilege of progressing to the role of center manager in 2024. This longevity has allowed me to build meaningful relationships with families and children, supporting their growth from infancy through to preschool and beyond. I’m proud to be a dedicated member of the Landsdale community.
In my role, I work closely with educators and families to create a supportive environment where children can thrive. I ensure compliance and continuous quality improvement, helping the service evolve to meet the needs of the families we serve. I prioritise spending time interacting with both the children and the educators, staying engaged in the daily practices and learning that take place.
I believe in the focus on three key areas for children entering the early childhood setting: establishing strong relationships with their environment, educators, and peers; maintaining consistent feeding routines; and ensuring strong sleep and rest routines. I believe that if a child feels comfortable, well-fed, and rested, their learning and development will naturally follow. My philosophy is rooted in the idea that a solid foundation of care allows every other aspect of a child’s growth to flourish.

Administration Officer/ Occupational Health and Safety Officer
Rajwinder Kaur
Raj has been with us since 2015, making her one of the longest-standing members of the LELE family. She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and has always had a deep passion for working with children. From early on, Raj knew she wanted to be in an environment where she could support and nurture young minds.
She began her journey as an educator, where she dedicated herself to creating engaging, caring, and supportive learning spaces for children. Over the years, Raj has transitioned into an administrative role, where she now works closely with families, assisting them with every aspect of our service. Her warm and approachable nature, combined with her firsthand experience in early childhood education, makes her a vital link between our team and the families we support.
Floor Manager
Shazia Mumtaz
Shazia has been with our service since 2016, making her another long-standing and valued member of the LELE family. As our Floor Manager, Shazia works diligently behind the scenes to support our team of educators and ensure that staff-to-child ratios are maintained at all times. Her strong organisational skills and calm presence play a vital role in the smooth daily operation of our centre. Shazia holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role, helping to create a safe, supportive, and well-structured environment for both staff and children.
Consistency of staff is a core value at LELE, and Shazia plays a key role in upholding that standard. She works tirelessly to ensure stable staffing and smooth daily operations, helping to create a reliable and nurturing environment for both children and educators.

Benjaphan Criddle (Benji)
Bejaphan has been with us since 2021 and holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Many of you will recognise her warm smile and cheerful personality; she truly lights up our service with her positivity and great sense of humour.
Affectionately known as Beji, she’s always ready to lend a helping hand, supporting educators, children, and families whenever needed.
Whenever a child needs some extra attention, Beji is often the first to step in; whether it’s taking them for a calming walk, offering a comforting presence, or engaging them in conversation or play. Beji’s natural ability to connect with children, along with her dedication and kindness, make her a truly treasured member of the LELE family.
Educational Leader/Early Childhood Teacher/Preschool Room Leader
Widanelage De Mel
De Mel has been a member of our service since 2021, beginning her journey with us as a passionate student completing her practicum. Her dedication, professionalism, and deep commitment to early childhood education quickly stood out, leading her to take on increasingly significant roles within our team.
Today, Demel is the Room Leader of our Preschool program, as well as the Educational Leader of the service. She also holds the role of Early Childhood Teacher, bringing a wealth of knowledge, skill, and compassion to every aspect of her work.
Being actively involved on the floor gives Demel a unique and vital perspective she understands firsthand the evolving needs of children and the day-to-day challenges and successes educators experience. This insight allows her to guide our educational program with empathy, relevance, and intentionality, ensuring both children and educators are supported and empowered.
