Our Preschool provides a safe and nurturing environment for children to explore a variety of engaging resources and toys. With both indoor and outdoor areas allowing free movement, children can choose their preferred play space. Our dedicated educators supervise all activities, ensuring safety and support during play-based learning. We also have an educational television to enhance learning experiences.
Each area is thoughtfully arranged for diverse activities, and all spaces are climate-controlled for year-round comfort.
Child-centered, Play-based preschool program
Our preschool program is play-based and child-led, following the Early Years Learning Framework Curriculum. Through our School Readiness Program, we prepare each child for the Australian Kindergarten Curriculum while ensuring they have fun, learn, and play.
Children in our preschool room participate in daily activities and experiences that are guided by their interests, family input, and observations.
School Readiness Program
In our preschool, we follow a comprehensive School Readiness Program led by a qualified Early Childhood Teacher, designed to ensure a smooth transition into kindergarten.
Our program emphasizes the development of key skills in language, literacy, social-emotional growth, and cognitive development. We provide a nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and build the confidence they need for their future educational journey.
Our Preschool Space
Our preschool room is a vibrant, stimulating environment designed to nurture and support young children’s growth. Inside, the room features age-appropriate furniture and designated areas for reading, arts and crafts, sensory exploration, and interactive learning, all aimed at promoting cognitive, social, and emotional development. Equipped with educational toys and hands-on materials, the space encourages curiosity and creativity.
The outdoor play area serves as an extension of this learning, with playground equipment like slides and balancing logs for developing gross motor skills, along with areas for sand play, gardening, and nature exploration.
School Transition Reports: Supporting a Smooth Start to School
As part of our School Readiness Program, we provide every child with a School Transition Report at the end of the year. This report is designed to be shared with your child’s new teacher to help ensure a smooth transition into school life.
The report includes valuable insights about your child’s development, skills, and interests, which will assist the school teacher in better understanding your child’s strengths and areas for growth. It also helps to create a seamless connection between home, childcare, and school, fostering a supportive learning environment from day one.

Tarandeep joined us in October 2022 and is the second in charge of the Preschool Room. She brings a calm and supportive presence to the team, helping create a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment where children feel confident to explore and learn.
